Agenda – AGM – November 2008

The NSWAFUA will hold our 2008 Annual General Meeting this Monday 3 November at The Reg Bartley Oval, Waratah Street, Rushcutters Bay from 7:30pm. A free feed and complimentary drinks will be provided.

A copy of the 2008 Annual Report will be available from the NSWAFUA website on Saturday 1 November (first day after the end of our financial year).

No nominations for Life Membership have been received by the Association. The following nominations have been received for Office Bearers and Committee Members:

President – Anton Lewis
Vice President – Jeff Milne
Secretary – Angus Heritage
Treasurer – Pierce Field
Ordinary Member – Damian Anderson, Chris Marathakis, Andrew Scovell

With the number of nominations matching then number of positions available, no election of Committee Members will be required.

Proposed Constitutional Changes (PDF) have been received by the Association and will be voted on at the meeting. In the event you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you are entitled to appoint another Member as a proxy to vote on your behalf. Please complete the Proxy Vote Form (PDF). Submission details are provided below. Please note, Proxy Votes received on the day of the AGM cannot be accepted.

A working email address and telephone number are required on all proxy forms to enable confirmation of receipt. All completed forms need to include handwritten signatures. Completed proxy forms can be submitted by:

The Annual General Meeting is the most important Association event of the year. Please support your fellow Members by either attending this event, or submitting a proxy vote.
